The Sleeper Changer with fastclip module is based on RF-Systems classic and well-proven Sleeper Changer RBS. Well-proven angles and strength in the blade are the same, but now with automatic fastclip. The efficiency is now even higher than before. With fastclip modules, efficiency and safety can be increased in workplaces when changing sleepers.
RF-Systems tests show that the time for fastening can be reduced by 40% with only half the manpower outside the excavator.
The blade is used to remove ballast. The gripping claw for the sleeper is robust with two hydraulically operated jaws. Safe handling of the sleepers thanks to the load holding valve for the gripping claw
Sleeper Changer with fastclip module has several patents applied for.
- Exact positioning of the sleepers with adjustable stops.
- Tool bracket to work with tiltrotator and quick hitch.
- As standard built for 1435 mm track gauge. Adjustable blade depth provides high flexibility.
- The Sleeper Changer blade is built in HB400 wear steel with edge in HB500.
The fastclip modules are fast to put in position for fastclip. At the same time, the movements are smooth thanks to end cushioning and carefully designed movements.
The fastclip modules, which are self-adjusting to correct position in two directions, is based on proven technology from our Sleeper Layer that we have produced several years.
The modules fasten with high accuracy and quality. Nothing obstructs the view during the various operations, using the blade, positioning of sleeper or fastclip. The driver has full control during all operations.
